Join Adrianna for a 2 hour long exploration of Restorative yoga.
This practice is designed to soothe and restore your body and mind using stillness, silence, simple meditation techniques and the support of props and the earth, as we explore a number of poses.
The intention is for you to have the tools to leave the workshop feeling comfortable, calm and confident in yourself so that you may use any of the poses as and when you need to.
Open to all levels, and beginners are most definitely welcome.
