The aim of this workshop is to provide a good foundation for your inversion practice.
Inversions and arm balances, are sometimes considered by students to be intimidating and out of reach.
We will learn to embrace the thought of being upside down and balancing on the top of our head in headstands and tripods and also find balance in our forearms through foundation exercises.
We will progressively build the poses to gain strength, stability and balance. Let’s put our hearts above our heads!
