Helen trained initially with Yogahaven before specialising in Rocket vinyasa with David Kyle and Mandala Vinyasa with The Yoga People. She teaches Rocket at Kindred every Tuesday morning and loves being part of this community . She is passionate about sharing the wonderful healing and transformative powers of the practice of yoga.
