Luke Bradshaw

Advanced Anatomy and physiology

Luke is a specialist musculoskeletal (MSK) osteopath working in private practice and within elite track and field, regularly treating athletes from Team GB. He has delivered numerous anatomy workshops for yoga teacher training and fitness professionals over the years. More recently, he has contributed to movement and anatomy lectures for both practising physiotherapists and BSc students at the European School of Osteopathy and St Mary’s University, Twickenham respectively.

With over a decade of experience in movement education and bodywork, Luke’s journey began as a professional dancer. It was during this time, while completing a 200-hour hot power yoga teacher training in 2014, that he first discovered a passion for human anatomy and physiology—something he hadn’t expected, but quickly fell in love with. He went on to lead dance, movement, and yoga workshops internationally as well as teaching at yoga studios across London. This deepening interest in the workings of the human body led him to switch careers and become an osteopath.  While studying at the University College of Osteopathy, Luke was head trainer for calisthenics and mobility at BLOK. He is currently completing an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health at University College London (UCL), alongside his clinical work.

Luke is passionate about making anatomy accessible and practical. His teaching style helps demystify complex concepts and translate them into clear, functional knowledge that you can confidently apply in your teaching.
