Here at Kindred we're all about community and family, and that starts with the founders, South East London based Katarina and Julian. Katarina, a full time yoga teacher and Julian, a yoga practitioner, have a desire to share their passion with others. Our goal is to create an environment where people can feel at home whilst nurturing their practise.
We are honoured to be the home of The Yoga People’s London 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. Kat, along with many of the yoga teachers at Kindred trained with The Yoga People themselves, making this something very close to our hearts. Katarina Rayburn, Maz Pellett & Charles Balogh continue to be part of The Yoga People teaching faculty along with the founders Dulce Aguilar and Jamie Clarke.
If you have questions about yoga, our space, or have an interest in collaborating with Kindred in any way, we would love to hear from you. We are especially keen to work with the local community, and become the yoga hub for Deptford and it's surrounding areas. Please drop us a line and let us know your thoughts!
join us on an adventure
Our retreat journey started in 2016 by former Wild & Rayburn founders Katarina Rayburn and Mim Mason.
Together they had a vision to create memorable retreats, offering authentic yoga and delicious food in unique locations. Since then they continue to curate and host numerous international retreats and collaborate within the yoga community. This has evolved into Kindred Retreats and all it stands for today.
Travel is an important part of our ethos. Being able to visit other places, experience different cultures and meet new people alongside the practise of yoga is why we love hosting retreats.
