Testimonials

  • "I just wanted to let you know that I have only had wonderful feedback about both the yoga and the food. Everyone has raved about the unique sequences for class, how they felt really challenged but supported and achieved so much in such a short space of time."

Get in touch
  • What happens if I want to join but can’t make some of the dates?

We really encourage you to fully commit to all the training dates and Yoga Alliance’s standards mean you must do 100% of the training sessions.

However, if you let us know ahead of the time we can arrange for you to catch up with the teachers on those modules. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of any teacher time.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer 3- and 6-payment plans, with a fee of £15 and £30 respectively, which has to be covered by the student. You can get in touch with us if you need a longer payment plan.

  • Can I join any of the Kindred Teacher Training Courses even if I’m not a RYT 200(registered yoga teacher) ?

Yes, all our trainings are open to you, whether or not you’re a registered yoga teacher, with one exception: the 300hr TT, which requires an existing 200hr certification as a prerequisite.

  • Do I need previous yoga teaching experience to join?

The only training you need to have a teaching experience is our 300 hrs TT.

  • Are the trainings in-person, online, or hybrid?

All our trainings are held in person. We believe the depth of this work really comes alive when we’re practising, learning and connecting face to face. Most take place at our Deptford studio in London, with select immersions hosted abroad in places like Paros and Portugal. There’s currently no online or hybrid option, though some courses may include a small amount of pre-course reading or prep to support what you’ll cover together in the room.

  • Are the materials included in the price?

Yes, all manuals and slides used to support the sessions are included in the price

  • Is there a maximum number of students?

Yes, we cap each training at a certain number of students so we can give everyone individual attention.

  • What are the requirements to receive my certificate?

To receive your certificate, you’ll need to complete all training hours, along with any homework, essays and exams included in that course.

  • Is there a community or alumni group I can join afterwards?

Yes, you’ll be part of the Kindred School of Yoga community! Before your training begins, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group with the rest of your cohort, which you’re welcome to stay in touch through for as long as you like. Down the line, you’ll also have the opportunity to assist on future trainings.
