If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our team.

    Get in touch
    • DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN MAT AND PROPS TO THE STUDIO?

We provide yoga mats (£1 rental) and all the props you’ll need for class, including blocks, straps, and bolsters. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

    • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY FIRST CLASS?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bare feet are recommended for yoga, and bringing a water bottle is always a good idea.

    • DO YOU HAVE CHANGING ROOMS AND SHOWER FACILITIES ON-SITE?

Yes, we have changing rooms available for your convenience. Shower facilities are also available for students to use before or after class.

    • HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your first class. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and speak with your instructor if you have any questions.

    • IS THERE A PLACE TO STORE MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS DURING PRACTICE?

Yes, you can leave your things in the changing room while you’re in class and we lock the door during class. We recommend leaving valuables at home whenever possible.

    • I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE - WHICH CLASS IS BEST FOR A COMPLETE BEGINNER?

All of our classes are for ALL LEVELS, however, our Vinyasa, Flow to Restore and Gentle Vinyasa Flow classes are the perfect place to start. Our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals and offer modifications to suit your level.

    • DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE, OR CAN I JUST DROP IN?

We recommend booking in advance to secure your place, as classes can fill up quickly. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available.

    • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS?

Classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time without charge. There are no refunds for Workshops but we can put your credit on account for a future workshop.

    • DO YOU OFFER STUDENT, NHS, OR CORPORATE DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we offer discounts for students, NHS staff, and selected corporate partners. Please contact us or present valid ID to learn more about current offers.

    • CAN I PRACTICE YOGA IF I HAVE AN INJURY OR A SPECIFIC MEDICAL CONDITION?

In many cases, yes. Please let your instructor know before class so they can offer suitable modifications. If you have a significant injury or medical condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before attending.
