Kat is a fabulous teacher; even though my practise was still beginner I always felt included and she really helped me gain confidence.
What a fantastic week! Everything was so well organised yet felt totally relaxed and informal – Kat and Mim had thought of everything. I loved getting to know the others on the retreat, but it was also a perfect place to recharge and reflect. The villa was stunning, I loved the yoga (especially the evening yin) and the food was out of this world. Usually I come back from holiday needing another one – but not this time!
This retreat surpassed my expectation in every way! The place was stunning, the yoga great and the food scrummy. Kat and Mim worked really well together as a team and their enthusiasm for what they are doing shone through. They were both fun and throughly professional at the same time. The yoga retreat on Paros has been one of my all time favourite holidays. The quality of both the yoga and the food was excellent! I have improved my yoga practice, my flexibility, and increased my general wellbeing after the retreat. The location is stunning with gorgeous rooms, infinity pool, and not to mention the beautiful view. Mim and Katarina put so much effort and love into every single yoga session and every single meal. You can tell they are truly passionate about what they do. Everything was very well organised and ran so smoothly; just as I was beginning to feel peckish after brunch, a freshly made juice and healthy snack appeared from the kitchen. The atmosphere was relaxed, positive and friendly - I feel like I’ve made 14 new friends.
The first yoga retreat I attended and I would remember forever. Location was stunning, Yoga was thrilling and the food was too die for. Can’t wait for the next one!

The retreat is not an only a time you offer yourself to improve your yoga practice. It is a time of self learning, of mindfulness and love. We share a lot during a retreat and the energy we create is not only rejuvenating, it is also healing. During the retreat, you just enjoy life, take time for yourself and spread love. What an experience! Thanks to the magnificent team Katarina and Mim.
The retreat is an 11 out of 10! The gorgeous Kat leads you through a dynamic, physical practise each morning whilst you feel the Indonesian heat on your skin and gaze out at the beautiful horizon, leaving you fully invigorated before a delectable wholesome brunch!! The villa is stunning with lots of greenery and a luxurious infinity pool! There are day excursions and a super chilled vibe day in day out. I made some life long friends and fell in love with yoga truly and deeply on this retreat. Wish whole heartedly that I was going back in 2018!
I just wanted to let you know that I have only had wonderful feedback about both the yoga and the food. Everyone has raved about the unique sequences for class, how they felt really challenged but supported and achieved so much in such a short space of time.
The best yoga retreat I have been on! Undoubtedly helped by the magical location, Kat and Mim (and Anoula and Steph) made us all feel welcome, valued, and part of the family. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for more - am awaiting news on the next adventure :)
This was my first ever yoga retreat / catered holiday and whilst I didn’t really know how things might work it more than exceeded my expectations in terms of beautiful location, thoughtfully planned out yoga classes and delicious healthy food. Everything was excellent!
The retreat in Paros was the first yoga retreat I had ever been on, and I am now hooked. The energy and passion of both Kat and Mim was contagious. I felt like I learnt from both of them. My yoga improved my fear decreased, I was rested, well fed and happy. And to top it off I made many new friends. The venue in Paros was beautiful, well designed, and luxurious. I would live there if I could! Definitely a retreat to remember. Highly recommended!
