This workshop-style class offers a playful and supportive space to explore getting upside down and on your hands.
Working in pairs and using the wall for support, expect to be guided through a series of drills and exercises designed to develop the strength, flexibility, and body awareness needed for a handstand - also very good practice for other inversions and arm balances!
This class is open to everyone. Whether you’re brand new to handstands and are looking to learn the foundations, or have an existing handstand practice and want to refine your technique and build confidence in the middle of the room, there will be something for you.
