This workshop-style class offers a playful and supportive space to deepen your yoga inversions practice, beyond what we have time for in a 60 or 75 minute class.
With a focus on yoga inversions such as handstand and pincha, this class will help you build strength and confidence to develop a safe and sustained inversions practice that feels good in your body. All while having fun!
This class is open to everyone and no existing inversions experience is necessary. Come with a sense of adventure.
