Sound Facilitation and Space Holding

100-hour Training with Pam Sagoo and Pablo Hernandez Urzola

18th-22 November & 16th-20th December 2026

Weekdays 9-6am

Weekends 1-8pm

at Kindred Studio, Deptford

This immersive 100 Hour Sound Practitioner Training is open to anyone who feels called to explore the transformative power of sound.

Whether you are completely new to sound healing or already holding space in wellness, yoga, healing or therapeutic settings, this training offers a deeply experiential journey into the art of sound, presence and facilitation.

The training

Led by Pam & Pablo, who have been holding space and guiding transformative experiences for many years, this training has been carefully created to blend technical knowledge with intuitive practice, grounded facilitation, trauma-informed awareness and nervous system understanding.

This is far more than learning how to play instruments. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach.

What to expect

You will learn how to curate different experiences for different purposes with different tools. While you will be introduced to a wide range of sound healing instruments and techniques, the heart of this training is learning how to intentionally curate powerful, immersive sound journeys that support deep rest, regulation and inner connection.

What you learn can be used in as many scenarios as you can imagine: a one-to-one session, a group sound journey, an online experience, for different occasions and in different formats, the possibilities are endless!

You will learn how to layer and weave sound to create soothing, overlapping and harmonising vibrations that gently guide awareness inward. Through sound, silence, rhythm and resonance, you will discover how to help clients move away from external stimulation and into states of relaxation, restoration, clarity and expansion.

A key part of this training is learning how to hold space in a safe, ethical and trauma-informed way. You will explore how to recognise the importance of nervous system safety, consent, pacing and grounded facilitation, allowing clients to feel supported, empowered and fully met within the experience.

Throughout the training, you will develop the confidence, sensitivity and awareness required to create supportive environments where clients can soften, down-regulate and reconnect with themselves.

Pablo Hernandez Urzola

Pablo discovered sound, yoga and breathwork in a search of healing from a hip injury, a very stressful corporate job and a more purposeful life.

He has subsequently trained for over 500hr with a variety of teachers who share his vision of using yoga, sound and other healing modalities to help others feel good.

Having these practices have not only transformed him personally, but he now has a flourishing full time career in some of London’s top studios. ‘I hold space in a caring, honest and creative way and I try to curate my classes so that they take you deep into yourself and leave you feeling energised and relaxed.

Pam Sagoo

Pam is a London based yoga and sound teacher. With over 10 years teaching experience, continual trainings and self-enquiry, Pam has a calming presence and teaches every class, workshop and training with inclusivity in mind.

A regular practice is also very much a part of Pam's life. "I will remain a student for the rest of my days. My practice helps me retain my playfulness, my sense of my own being and most of all my humility. I also attend lots of sound baths with other teachers as receiving sound is such a wonderful healing time for me”

Pam teaches in a variety of studios in and around London as well as community classes for the marginalised, which are funded through social enterprise grants. Pam also spends a fair amount of time reading and listening to podcasts on different ways to present sound sessions and is currently learning about minimalism within sound and deep listening.
