Yin Yoga:The Art of Restoring the Rhythm Within

with Charles Balogh

Kindred Studio, Deptford, London

5 days

25-29 October 2025

Slow down, feel deeply, and let the energy flow.

Whether we speak of Prana in yoga, Qi in Chinese medicine or the elements in shamanic traditions, we are speaking of the same thing, our vital force.

Yin is a still and spacious practice that weaves together the wisdom of the elements with the subtle energy system of the meridians. Each session is an inward journey designed to nourish the body, calm the mind, and balance the flow of Prana through long-held, passive postures.

Guided by elemental themes, we explore specific areas of the body and the meridians associated with them. Through softness and surrender, the fascia begins to release, the nervous system unwinds, and the subtle body becomes more perceptible.

This practice invites deep listening and presence, offering space to restore, rebalance and reconnect to your inner landscape. As we rest into each shape we use the power of stillness as a tool for transformation, honouring and restoring the natural rhythms of our energy.

Yin is not about doing more but about being more. It’s an invitation to slow down, feel deeply and let the energy flow.
