Toni Osborne
My love of dance began when I received a scholarship to the Italia Conti Academy in 1987, and I've been exploring the joy of movement ever since.
About
I found yoga in my 20s at Danceworks in London, and it was life-changing. The blend of breathwork and movement without competition brought me so much peace that I decided to become a teacher in 2012.
I’m grateful for the many teachers who’ve guided me along the way, including Allie Hill, Toni Roberts, Tiffany Cruickshank, Stephanie Snyder, Cherie Lathey, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Anna Ashby, Ieva Wildlovebeamer, Jyoti Jo Manuel, Ayala Homossany, Sarah Duvall, and Jason Crandell.
I believe in teaching yoga in a fun, relaxed way that allows you to discover your body’s unique abilities, build strength, and find balance. I offer creative sequences and alignment-focused practices with modifications for all bodies and levels.
My love for yoga has deepened over the years, especially since becoming a mother in 2016. Pregnancy and postnatal yoga have become a true passion of mine, as I’ve seen firsthand how yoga can support caregivers during such a transformative time.
In my classes, I aim to create a safe, dynamic, and empowering space where parents can connect with their bodies, build strength, and find balance as they navigate the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and early parenthood.
Since opening my home studio in SE23, South East London, I’ve been fortunate to build a close-knit community of parents who support and uplift one another. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see how these classes bring people together—whether they’re growing their families or bonding with their newborns.
There’s something truly special about sharing this journey with other caregivers, and I’m grateful to help them stay strong, both mentally and physically, as they navigate the challenges and joys of early parenthood.
Creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels safe to move, breathe, and connect is at the heart of what I do. I believe yoga is a beautiful tool for strengthening the body, mind, and spirit, and it’s an honour to witness the growth and transformation of each person who regularly attends my classes.
