In this module, you’ll explore the anatomy and physiology of breathing, study classical pranayama techniques, and learn modern breathwork practices. You'll also discover how to skillfully integrate these tools into your classes, enriching both your teaching and your personal practice.

    BEYOND ALIGNMENT

This module explores the subtler ways of facilitating freedom and play in practice through specific yet open-ended guidance, using language that does not impose hierarchy or fixed binaries.
